- How do I edit a coach's profile on my website?Open Website > Coaches, find the coach's card, change their title, highlights, bio or link, and press Save. The Coaches page on your site updates right away.
- How do I change a coach's headshot, card background or order?In Website > Coaches, drop a photo onto Headshot or Card background, drag action photos into order, and use Up, Down or Top to reorder coaches.
- How can a coach or website helper edit their own profile?Sign in at your gym's /ninjahq address and open My coach profile to change your title, bio, link and photos. An owner links you on the Staff page.
- How do I add photos to my website?Open Website > Photos, choose up to 20 photos, say what each is and shows, then press Add these photos. They are resized and location data is removed.
- How do I see where a photo is used or take it off my website?In Website > Photos each photo lists where it appears. Press Edit to change it, or Take off the site to hide it. You can put it back.
- Why does a shared link to my website show this picture?A shared link shows the first large photo on that page, or your home page's main photo if the page has none. Change the page's photo to change the preview.
- How do I add an extra page to my website, like Camps or Our Story?Open Website > Pages, press Add a page, set a title and address, add blocks of text, lists or prices, and Save. Untick Published to keep it a draft.
- What can I put on an extra page, and how do I type each block?Each block on an extra page has a kind, like Text, Cards, Table or Quotes. You type plain text with a bar (|) between parts; hints show the format.
- How do I add sponsors to my league website?In Website > Sponsors, add each sponsor's name and link to a season, save, then add its logo. The newest season shows on the home page.
- How do I build or edit a page with the Page Builder?Open Website > Page Builder, press New Page or Edit, change sections in the live preview. It stays a draft until an owner or manager publishes.
- How do I publish, take down or put back an earlier version of a Page Builder page?In Website > Page Builder press Publish to put a page on your site, Take Down to remove it, Discard Changes to drop edits, or Put Back for an old version.
- How do I change my website's colors, fonts and overall look?In Website > Page Builder under Your Design, pick a personality or Adjust the Design, save the draft, then Publish the Design. Hard-to-read colors are refused.
- How do I write and publish an article on my website?Open Website > Articles, press Write an article, fill in the title, address, date and body, tick Published and Save. Others save drafts; owners publish.
- How do I decorate my website for the holidays?Open Website > Holiday decorations, tick the holidays you want and press Save holidays. Each turns on by itself on its first day and ends after its last.
- How do I set up sports and competitive teams on my website?Open Website > Teams, add sports and teams, pick each team's schedule entry for training times, and press Save sports and teams.
- How do I change the menu on my website?Open Settings > General, scroll to Menu, tick pages to show, rename and move them, group some under a Dropdown name, and press Save menu.
- How do I show a closure or a one-day schedule change on my website?On Programs > Schedule, use Closures and one-day changes: add the day and a note, then Save. It shows under the schedule and drops off after the day.
- How does the "Questions parents ask" page on my website get its answers?The page is built from facts on your site plus answers only you can give. Run Optimize my website in Marketing > Local search, then answer your Questions.
- How do I keep my old website's links working when I move to NinjaHQ?Open Website > Redirects, scan your old website, check where each old page goes, press Looks right, and add any by hand. They work once your domain moves.
- People are getting "page not found" on my website. How do I fix it?In Website > Redirects, open Addresses people asked for that don't exist. Send each address to the right page with Redirect, or press the X to ignore it.
- What are website check-ups and what do they tell me?After launch NinjaHQ checks your live site and emails owners. Website > Check-ups shows Google readiness, old links, phone speed, visits and payment checks.
