Pricing questions
What is free, and what is charged?
Your preview is free and needs no card. If you choose to launch, implementation is $999 once and the platform is $399 a month at the introductory rates (standard $1,999 and $499). Each additional location run by the same owner is $100 a month.
When do I start paying?
When you approve launch and your new website goes live on your own domain. That day the one-time implementation fee is charged and the monthly plan starts. Nothing is charged for the preview.
What if the preview isn't right for my gym?
Tell us what to change and we keep working on it. If you decide not to launch, you pay nothing, and your current website stays exactly as it is.
What does implementation include?
Branding and customizing your website to match your gym's brand, and scheduled meetings with a Ninja HQ expert during onboarding. It also covers your "before" search snapshot, moving your domain with every old page redirected, and connecting your own Stripe account.
Does Ninja HQ take a cut of my payments?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe's standard processing fees to Stripe. Ninja HQ adds no transaction fee.
Is anything billed separately?
Only things you choose: Stripe's processing fees, your domain registration (it stays yours), and an optional local phone and texting line, billed at cost.
What if I run more than one gym?
Each additional location run by the same owner adds $100 a month, with its own website, schedule and back office.
Do you work with franchises?
