How can a coach or website helper edit their own profile?

Coaches can keep their own bio and photos up to date without being owners. A website helper is a sign-in made for this: it shows only what helping with the website needs.

Before you begin

• An owner adds you on the Staff screen. You get an email explaining how to sign in.
• You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code. There is no password.
• Your sign-in must be linked to your coach card. It links by itself when your first and last name match a coach on the Coaches page.

Steps for the coach

1. Go to your gym's website address followed by /ninjahq and sign in.
2. Open My coach profile in the menu.
3. Change Your Title, Highlights, One per Line (Up to 6), Bio, Link Label and Link Address.
4. Press Save my profile.
5. To add photos, choose New headshot or In action, then press ＋ Add photos of your first name. A headshot is cropped so your face sits in the middle of the circle.

Steps for an owner who links a coach

1. Open Staff.
2. In Roles and coach profiles, find the person.
3. Under Coach Profile, choose Automatic, a coach's name, or None, and press Save. The same card lets you change the person's Role.

What you'll see

• The page says "Still needs a headshot, a bio and action photos" until those are done, then "Your profile is complete."
• Changes show on the Coaches page of the website right away. Owners can see every change in History.
• Helpers can upload photos only to their own coach profile.

Troubleshooting

"There's no coach profile linked to your sign-in yet." Ask an owner to link you on the Staff page.

I can't open other screens. That is by design. Website helpers are sent back to the Start here page for any other screen.
