The Women's Ninja Association is live
The Women's Ninja Association runs female-only ninja competitions for every age, from Kids to Masters and Elite. Its new website at womensninjaassociation.org now runs on Ninja HQ: the season's events, results, host gyms, athlete bios, donations and the merch shop, all in one fast site the league runs itself.
A league is not a gym
A league has no classes or front desk. It has a season, host gyms in different states, divisions by age, athletes to introduce on the livestream, sponsors to thank and fans to keep coming back. So we built a league mode into Ninja HQ: the same fast, private, accessible platform our gyms use, with pages and tools made for how a league really works.

The season at a glance
Every qualifier and the Finals with dates, host gym, wave times by division and a Register button to the host gym's own sign-up. A "Next qualifier" strip on every page, and special qualifiers for other leagues highlighted with their logo.
Results by division
Full results for every event, a table per division with medals for the top three, podium photos, the season recap and the livestream replays, played without tracking.
A page for every host gym
A map of where the league competes, and each host gym's page with its next event, registration link, directions, past results and other upcoming competitions.
Athlete bios on the site
The Google Form is gone: athletes fill in their bio on the league's own site, and the announcers get a board grouped by division with search and a print view.
One-tap bio requests
Import each event's registered athletes, then send a cheerful email asking for their bio. One tap opens the form already filled in from last time.
Search athletes, gyms and pages
One search bar for the whole site: athletes from the results, host gyms and every page, with an athlete page for each competitor.
Privacy for young athletes
A parent can ask for an athlete's name to show as initials or not at all, and it applies at once. Athletes sign in with their email to update their bio and picture.
Donations, built in
Donors give on the league's own site through Stripe and get a receipt by email. No outside donation widget, no third-party scripts.
A merch shop that ships itself
Shirts, hats and stickers with youth sizes, paid through the league's own Stripe account. Connect Printful and paid orders go straight to it for printing and shipping, with tracking emailed to the buyer.
Sponsors, season by season
Sponsor logos grouped by season on their own page and across the home page, managed by the league in the back office.
A back office made for a league
No front desk, classes or memberships to wade through. The league edits seasons, events, wave times, divisions, sponsors and pages itself, starts a new season with one button, and gets a phone notification for every shop order and every new athlete bio. The rulebook, the league's story and its founders each have a real page that is easy to keep current.
