Registration handoff
Gym sites collect and validate your athlete IDs and waivers, and send families to you to create profiles. With an agreement, registrations could flow into your system directly.
Run orders without the email chain
The host gym sends you a private page of paid athletes with their WNL IDs. Upload your randomized run order (a spreadsheet, Excel or a typed list); it's matched to the registrations, the host is notified when you finalize, and the final file goes to the scoring platform.

Made for every league's rulebook
World Ninja League tiers and Elite, FINA events, UNAA seasons, NSC qualifiers and regional series each have their own divisions, cut-off dates and IDs. Ninja HQ is designed to follow them, not flatten them.
