- How do I add a product to my shop?Open Shop > Products, press + Add product, fill in the title, price and category, tick where it is sold, save, then add photos.
- How do I set up sizes, colors, stock and paid extras on a product?In the product's Variants card add sizes, optionally a second option like Color, then set each variant's price and Available count. 0 shows as sold out.
- How do I turn on pickup and shipping and set shop settings?On Shop > Products scroll to Shop settings, tick pickup and/or shipping, set the shipping price, then press Save shop settings.
- How do I hand out a shop order that is picked up at the gym?Open Shop > Orders, find the order on the To hand out tab and press Handed over once the customer has their items.
- How do I mark an order shipped and add a tracking number?On Shop > Orders open To ship, pick the carrier, type the tracking number and press Mark shipped and email them. USPS numbers are checked first.
- How do customers track their order?Customers use the link in their shipping email, or the Track an order page on your site where they enter the order number and the email they used at checkout.
- How do I sell a product at the front desk register?Tick Front desk on the product under Where it's sold, set what it counts as and its sales tax type, and it becomes a tile on Take a payment.
- How do I track and pay a vendor whose products I sell?Add the vendor under Shop > Vendors with their share, set Owned by on their products, then press Mark paid on the vendor's page when you pay them.
- How do I create a discount code?Open Shop > Discount codes, choose the type and amount, tick where it works, set any dates or limits, and press Create code.
- How do I sell gift cards on my website?On Shop > Gift cards tick Sell gift cards on the website and set the amounts to offer. Families pick a design, pay on Stripe, and the card is emailed.
- How do I sell, look up and use a gift card at the front desk?Use Gift cards to sell a card, look one up by its code, or take an amount off it. At check-in press Gift card to pay a drop-in with one.
- What are abandoned checkout emails and how do I turn them on or off?Families who start checkout but do not pay get reminders after 1 hour and 24 hours. Turn them on or off in the card on Marketing > Emails.
- How do I connect Printful so shop orders print and ship by themselves?Create a Printful token, save it in Settings > Connections > Printful, press Match products, and paid shop orders go to Printful automatically.
