How do I turn on pickup and shipping and set shop settings?

Shop settings sit at the bottom of the Products page. They control whether your shop page is on, how customers get orders, what shipping costs and what the order numbers look like.

Before you begin

• Only owners can change these settings.

Steps

1. Open Products and scroll to Shop settings.
2. Tick Shop page on the website to show the shop. It appears in your website menu while at least one product is active.
3. Set Discount When Bought with a Competition Registration. This is per item, for products ticked "Also offer at competition registration". Use 0 for no discount.
4. Type a Pick-Up Note, such as "Ready at the front desk during open hours." It shows at checkout and in the receipt.
5. Tick Customers can pick up at your gym (free), and/or Customers can have orders shipped (US addresses).
6. Optional: enter an Order Number Prefix of up to 8 letters or digits. Without one, orders read #1001. With the prefix WNA they read WNA1001.
7. Set the Shipping Price per Order, and optionally Free Shipping Over an order total. Empty means no free shipping.
8. Under Shipping Updates by Email, choose which USPS updates customers get besides the first shipping email: Out for delivery, Delivered, and Problems (a missed delivery, waiting at the post office, returned). All three start on.
9. Press Save shop settings.

What you'll see

Your shop page shows pickup and shipping choices at checkout. The order number prefix appears in emails, on the Orders page and in Payments.

Troubleshooting

"Leave at least one way to get an order". Tick pickup, shipping, or both before saving.

A product says "Can be shipped (switch shipping on in Shop settings)". Tick the shipping box here first.

The prefix is refused. Use only letters and digits, up to 8, with no spaces.
