- How do I change my gym's address, hours and contact details?Open Settings > General, edit contact details, address, hours, headline, social links, color and time zone, then press Save settings.
- How do I change the menu on my website?On Settings > General, scroll to Menu. Tick the pages to show, rename them, move them with the arrows, group pages in a Dropdown, then press Save menu.
- How do I set up Face ID, a fingerprint or an authenticator app for sign-in?Open Settings > Sign-in & alerts. Add a passkey for Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, or an authenticator app for a second step with a phone code.
- How do I choose which phone notifications and emails I get?On Settings > Sign-in & alerts, turn on phone notifications, tick the events you want and untick emails you do not want. Each person chooses their own.
- How do I see who changed something and put the old version back?Open Settings > History, find the change, press See what changed, then Restore the earlier version. A restore can itself be undone.
- How do I download a backup of my gym's data?Open Settings > Backups. A copy is made every night and kept 14 days. Press Back up now for a fresh one, then Download. Store the file safely.
- How do I handle a request to see or delete someone's information?Open Settings > Privacy. For a deletion, press Delete their data. For other requests, reply by email and press Mark done. The law gives you 30 days to answer.
- How do I connect Ninja Master or Printful to my website?Open Settings > Connections, follow the card's steps to copy your token from Ninja Master or Printful, paste it and press Save. It is never shown again.
- How do I get a gym phone number for calls and texts?Open Settings > Phone & texting and work through five steps: card, local number, where calls ring, texting registration and caller name.
- How do I see my NinjaHQ plan and change the card NinjaHQ charges?Open Settings > NinjaHQ billing to see your plan and billing card. Press Add a card or Replace the card and enter it on Stripe's secure page.
- How do I accept the NinjaHQ Platform Agreement?An owner opens Platform agreement, reads it, types their name and title, taps to sign, ticks both boxes and presses Accept. Required before going live.
