How do I connect Ninja Master or Printful to my website?

Connections hold the keys for outside systems your gym uses. NinjaHQ uses them to show live competition information and to send printed products to your supplier.

Before you begin

• You must be an owner.
• You need an account with the other system. The Printful card shows only when your shop is on, or when Printful is already connected.

Steps

Ninja Master

1. Open Connections and find the Ninja Master card.
2. Open How to get your Ninja Master API token and follow the steps. In short: sign in at ninjamasterapp.com with your gym's account, choose My Account in the left menu, and copy the long code under API Token.
3. Paste it into API Token and press Save. NinjaHQ tests it with Ninja Master right away.
4. Then, on each competition's page, paste the Ninja Master event link so the website knows which event to show.

Printful

1. Find the Printful card and open How to get your Printful private token.
2. In Printful's developer portal choose Create token and name it NinjaHQ. For access choose A single store and pick your shop's store. Tick View and manage orders, View store products and View and manage store webhooks, pick the longest expiry date, and create it.
3. Copy the token (it is shown only once), paste it into Private Token and press Save. NinjaHQ connects at once.
4. Press Match products to link your shop's products to Printful's.

Later

• Replace a token by pasting a new one and pressing Replace.
• Test the connection checks that it still works.
• Remove stops NinjaHQ using it at once.

What you'll see

A green connected label shows on the card, with the date the token was saved and by whom. With Ninja Master, your site can show the live run order, who is up next and the leaderboard. With Printful, paid orders for products you print with Printful go to Printful by themselves, and customers get tracking emails when they ship.

The page may also show a NinjaWorks live results card. NinjaWorks has no public way to read live results, so the card lets you review and send an email asking NinjaWorks for permission.

Troubleshooting

"That doesn't look like a token." Paste it exactly, with no spaces.

The connection test fails. The token may have expired or been replaced. Make a new one and replace it here. Printful tokens have an expiry date, so make a new one before it runs out.
