Getting started
Your first days on NinjaHQ: the back office, launching your site, your domain and the setup questions.
- How is the back office organized? The back office is your gym's control room at /ninjahq-admin. The menu on the left groups every screen by job, and the Dashboard shows what needs you today.
- How do I sign in to the back office?Go to your gym's web address plus /ninjahq, then use Face ID or your fingerprint, or press Email me a code and type the 6-digit code. There are no passwords.
- How do I find a family, a registration or a screen quickly?Type two or more letters in the Search box at the top of the menu, or press / or Ctrl+K. Results are grouped: screens, families, registrations, waivers.
- What do I need to finish before my website goes live?Open Launch > Getting started for your step-by-step launch list with a progress bar. Nothing goes live or is charged until you approve launch.

- How do I go live on my own domain? On Launch > Getting started, type your domain under Your Domain and press Request my launch. NinjaHQ sets it up, then tells you when to change the nameservers.
- How do I see what is new in NinjaHQ?Open What's new to see every change, newest first. Owners also get a weekly email on Tuesdays when something new went live.
- How do I send feedback or report a problem to NinjaHQ?Click Send feedback in the menu, describe your idea or problem under Your Idea or Problem and press Send to NinjaHQ. The team reads every message.
