How do I answer NinjaHQ's questions about my gym?

NinjaHQ asks short questions about your gym, such as your camp dates, party packages and photos, so the team can finish your website. This page is where you answer them.

Before you begin

• Short answers are perfect. Never type a password here. If a system cannot add another user, say so in your answer and NinjaHQ will set up a secure way to share it.

Steps

1. Open Questions. Before launch it is under Launch. After launch it is under Website.
2. Questions are grouped by topic, for example Photos, Legal, Schedule, pricing and hours, or Questions parents ask (FAQ). A group called Top priority may appear first, with a note "Please answer these first." Those answers let NinjaHQ move your accounts over and finish the launch. Anything new is marked New.
3. Type your answer in the box labeled Your Answer. You can also say where you sent the answer, for example by email or text.
4. Press Save answer. The question moves to the Answered list.
5. To let others help, expand Who helps answer (owners only). Under each person, tick the topics they know and press the Save ... topics button.

What you'll see

• Answered questions show your answer and who gave it. When NinjaHQ has applied it, a line starting with Done: says what was changed on your site.
• If you change your mind, press Reopen on an answered question to edit the answer.
• People you gave topics to get an email with only their topics. Website helpers see only the topics assigned to them, and never other people's answers.

Troubleshooting

I do not see a question I expected. Questions only appear when NinjaHQ adds them. If you are a coach or helper, ask an owner to give you the topic.

The question emails stopped. NinjaHQ may have paused them for your gym. The page says "The question emails are paused" when that is the case. You can still answer here.

I see a notice that I am a helper with no topics. An owner chooses the topics you help with under Who helps answer. Once they do, the questions show up here.
