How do I add a class families can book online?

A bookable class is one families can enroll in, book for a day or try for free on your Book a class page. Adding it here also puts it on your weekly schedule, so you set it up once.

Before you begin

• Only owners add and change classes.
• Know each class's days and times, the ages it is for, its tuition and how many athletes it holds.
• Monthly tuition needs Stripe connected so families can pay. See Stripe.

Steps

Add a class

1. Open Classes & enrollment.
2. Press Add a class.
3. Type the Class Name and choose its Type (its color on the schedule).
4. In Days and Times, type one meeting per line, like Monday 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Mon & Wed 4:30-5:30 PM works too.
5. Fill in Youngest Age and Oldest Age, Tuition ($) and how it is Charged (a month, a class or a session), and Capacity (Most Athletes).
6. Add a Description: what athletes do and who it is for.
7. Leave Offer free trials ticked if families can try it for free.
8. Press Add the class.

Change or remove a class

1. On Classes & enrollment, press the class name.
2. Change anything in Class details and press Save.
3. To take it away, press Remove this class and confirm.

What you'll see

The class is on your Book a class page with its spots left, and its days and times are on your weekly schedule within about a minute. Every change is in History, so it can be undone.

Troubleshooting

"Days and times" shows an error. Start each line with a day and give a start and an end time, like Saturday 10 AM - 11 AM.

The class doesn't show on the website. Check that Hide this class from the Book a class page and the schedule is not ticked.
