How do I move my classes from iClassPro, WellnessLiving or Pike13?
For iClassPro, paste your portal link at Programs > Classes & enrollment and press Download my classes. NinjaHQ runs WellnessLiving imports.
Moving to NinjaHQ does not mean retyping every class. For iClassPro you do it yourself in a minute. Other systems are handled for you.
Before you begin
- Only owners see the download button.
- Find your iClassPro customer portal link. It looks like
https://portal.iclasspro.com/yourgym.
Steps
From iClassPro
- Open Classes & enrollment.
- In the iClassPro box, paste your link into iClassPro Portal Link.
- Press Download my classes. It can take up to a minute; keep the page open.
- Later, press Download the newest from iClassPro to update everything.
Each download brings in every class's days, times, ages, tuition and open spots, and rebuilds your weekly schedule. The classes then appear on your Book a class page, and the schedule's Reserve a spot button links to them.
From WellnessLiving
NinjaHQ copies the schedule, class details, events and store items from your public WellnessLiving pages, and matches them to your website schedule. Ask NinjaHQ to run it. Competitions, camps and class passes also come across.
From Pike13
Pike13 memberships and class passes are moved with their own tool. See the article on moving memberships from Pike13.
What you'll see
The Classes list fills with your classes. Classes iClassPro no longer lists are noted in the box as no longer listed. Spots left use iClassPro's open spots until you set a capacity yourself.
Troubleshooting
The download fails. NinjaHQ could not read your iClassPro portal. Check the link, and try again in a few minutes. At launch, going live is refused until iClassPro can be read.
Family accounts are missing. The download does not copy families. Use Import under Customers with the export from your old system.
Questions
Does it copy my families and students?
No. The iClassPro download reads the public class information only: days, times, ages, tuition, trial setting, description and open spots. No family data is copied.
How often can I download again?
As often as you like. Each download updates every class and rebuilds your weekly schedule. It also runs by itself when your website goes live.
What about WellnessLiving?
NinjaHQ reads the public pages of your WellnessLiving schedule for you. Contact NinjaHQ and give your WellnessLiving name. Staff and client emails and phones are not copied.
