How do I set the class packs we sell?

Owners and managers set each pack's name, number of classes, price and months it is good for in the Pack types box at Money > Class packs.

Pack types are the class packs your gym sells: at the front desk and on your website's class packs page.

Before you begin

Owners and managers set pack types. Selling a pack at the desk is in Sell a class pack.

Open Class packs.
Scroll to the Pack types box.
Type one pack per line as name | classes | price | months it is good for, for example 10-class pack | 10 | 150 | 6. Use 0 months for no end.
Press Save pack types.

The packs are offered at the front desk right away and on your class packs page within about a minute.

What happens to packs already sold when I change a price?

Nothing. A pack keeps the classes and expiry it was sold with. The new price is for new sales.

Can families buy packs online?

Yes, on your website's class packs page, as long as packs are sold online.
