How do I see who comes to class and who has stopped coming?
Open Front desk > Attendance and pick a period: check-ins per day, busiest times, regulars, members not seen in 14+ days, and class packs running low.
Attendance turns your daily check-ins into a picture: how busy you are, when, and who might be drifting away.
Before you begin
- Staff check people in at Check-in. The report only has data once check-ins exist.
Steps
- Open Attendance.
- Choose a period at the top: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month or Last month.
- Read the sections:
- Check-ins per day, with a day-by-day table you can open.
- Busiest times, a grid of weekday by hour.
- How classes were covered: memberships, class packs or drop-ins.
- Most regular: the people who came most.
- Classes: check-ins, sessions, average per session and different people for each class.
- Members we haven't seen in 14+ days, a short list for a friendly "we miss you" note.
- Class packs to follow up: packs Almost used up and packs Expiring in the next 2 weeks.
What you'll see
Each total shows a change against the period before it. The follow-up lists give names and details, so you can reach out. Press All class packs to open Class packs.
Troubleshooting
"No check-ins in this period yet." Nothing was recorded. Check people in on the Check-in page, then come back.
Someone attends but shows as not seen. Make sure they are checked in each visit. Only recorded check-ins count.

How long are check-ins kept?
36 months.
What does the percent next to a number mean?
How much it went up or down compared with the period before.
