How do I update my details or my athlete's ninja name?

Keep your details up to date so your gym can reach you with sign-in codes, receipts and day-of updates.

Before you begin

• Sign in first. See How do I sign in to My account?.

Steps

1. In My account, scroll to Help & privacy and open the Your privacy card.
2. Press Edit my details. The first time you sign in, this same page opens by itself and asks "Is this right?"
3. Check Your First and Last Name. Your email is shown but cannot be edited here.
4. Check Mobile Phone. Enter a 10-digit number like (404) 555-0123.
5. Fill in Home Address if you like. It is optional.
6. If you have registered athletes, each has a card under Your athletes. For each one you can change:
   • Home Gym: type the gym's name or city and pick it from the list.
   • Ninja Name and Instagram Handle.
   • A picture or avatar.
   • A box to show the ninja name, handle and picture in Who's Coming on your gym's website.
7. Press Save my details. The first time, the button says Yes, this is right.

What you'll see

My account shows "Thanks! Your details are saved." Details you save are filled in for your next registration, and the announcers use the ninja name at competitions.

Troubleshooting

It says to enter first and last name. The name needs at least two words.

It says to enter a 10-digit mobile number. Type the number with area code. Your gym uses it for sign-in codes and day-of updates.

An athlete is missing. Athletes appear after they have a paid registration. If something is wrong with the athletes listed, tell your gym at the front desk.
