How do I book a class or a free trial?

You can look at classes, see how many spots are left, and enroll or book a free trial in a couple of minutes.

Before you begin

• Have your child's first and last name and age ready, plus your own name, mobile phone and email.
• Every athlete needs a waiver before their first class. See How do I sign the waiver?.
• Some gyms book through another system. If so, the booking button takes you there instead.

Steps

1. On your gym's website open Book a class, or go to the website address followed by /book.
2. Narrow the list with Location, Program, Day and Child's Age.
3. Click a class to open it.
4. Under What Would You Like?, choose one:
   • Enroll: shows the monthly tuition. You are charged today and each month until you cancel in My account. Some gyms bill on a set day each month.
   • Free trial class: try one class first, nothing to pay.
   • Join the waitlist: appears when the class is full. Nothing to pay now.
5. Pick the day in First Class (for enrolling) or Which Day? (for a trial or single day).
6. Fill in Child's First and Last Name, Child's Age, Your Name (Parent or Guardian), Mobile Phone and Email. Gender and School Grade are optional.
7. Tick the box saying you are 18 or older. For monthly classes it also says you agree to be charged each month.
8. If you have a code, open Have a discount or gift card code? and enter it. This appears for classes that are not monthly.
9. Press Continue. For Enroll you pay by card on Stripe's secure page. A free trial or waitlist spot is confirmed right away.

What you'll see

You get a confirmation email. For a trial, you get a reminder the day before and a follow-up the day after. Enrolled classes show under Memberships in My account. See How do I cancel my membership or update my card?.

Troubleshooting

There is no Enroll option. Online payment may not be switched on yet, or the class is full. Book a free trial or call the gym.

I got an email that a spot opened. Use the link in the email within 48 hours to book the held spot.

It asks me to sign a waiver. Sign it once for every athlete before the first class.
