How do I pay for a drop-in class or buy a class pack?

For one class, go to Drop in for a class, pick the class and pay by card. To save money, buy a class pack and use one class from it each visit.

Who can do this: Families and members

A drop-in is one class with no membership. A class pack is several classes bought ahead at a better price per class.

Before you begin

Have the athlete's full name and age, plus your email and mobile phone.
To use a class pack you already own, sign in first. See How do I sign in to My account?.
Every athlete needs a waiver. See How do I sign the waiver?.
Not every gym offers these online. If the page says online payment is not switched on, pay at the front desk.

Steps

To drop in to one class

Open Drop in for a class on your gym's website (the address followed by /drop-in).
In Class, Day and Time, choose a class. The next three weeks are shown. The price is the standard drop-in rate unless a price is shown.
Fill in Athlete's Full Name, Age, Parent or Guardian (for Athletes Under 18), Email and Mobile Phone.
If you are signed in and own a pack or have an unused drop-in, choose How Would You Like to Pay? and pick the pack, the unused drop-in, or Pay the drop-in rate by card.
Press Continue to payment (or Book my spot if you are using a pack).

To buy a class pack

Open Class packs on your gym's website (the address followed by /class-packs).
Under Choose a Pack, pick one. Each shows the price, the cost per class, and how much you save. Some are marked Best value.
Fill in Your Full Name, Email and Mobile Phone. Who Will Use It? is optional.
Press Continue to payment and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.

What you'll see

A confirmation email arrives. A pack's classes are ready right away: book them with My account, or check in at the front desk. Upcoming and unused drop-ins list under Drop-in classes in My account.

Troubleshooting

"No class pack with classes left on your account." You may be signed in with a different email than the one you bought with.

I missed my drop-in class. It stays on your account. Use it at check-in for any class, or book another class with it on the drop-in page.

I have a gift card or discount code. Open Have a discount or gift card code? before you pay.

Questions

Does a drop-in I couldn't use expire?

No. A paid drop-in stays valid until you use it, for any other class. It shows in My account.

Who can use a class pack?

Use the classes for anyone in the family. Each pack tells you what it covers.
