How do I unsubscribe from my gym's emails?

Every news and promotion email from your gym has a link to stop getting them. It takes one tap.

Before you begin

• Use the email you want to stop. Each link is for one address.

Steps

1. Open an email from your gym and scroll to the bottom.
2. Press the unsubscribe link. Your mail app may also show its own Unsubscribe button, which works the same way.
3. On the page called Unsubscribe?, check the address and press Unsubscribe.

What you'll see

The page says "You're unsubscribed" and that you won't get that kind of email any more. The page names which kind: notices, news and promotions, or all emails from the gym except receipts for things you buy. Opening the link does nothing by itself, so email scanners cannot unsubscribe you by accident.

To get the emails again, open the link and press Get them again.

Troubleshooting

The page says the link doesn't work. The link may be incomplete or changed. Reply to any email from your gym and ask to be taken off the list.

I still get emails. Receipts and confirmations for things you sign up for still arrive, such as a registration or waiver reminder. If you get marketing emails after unsubscribing, contact the gym.

I subscribed by accident on a form. The news box on forms is a choice, and you can unsubscribe the same way.
