How do I undo something my AI assistant changed?

Every change your assistant saves is recorded in History with your name and the app it came through, so nothing is lost. You can put things back in two ways.

Before you begin

• Restoring is for owners.
• Changes are limited to one part of the site at a time, such as the Weekly schedule or Coaches. Restoring one part does not touch other parts.

Steps

Ask the assistant

1. Say what you want undone, for example "What changed on the schedule this month? Put last week's version back."
2. The assistant lists recent changes with who made them, and can show exactly what changed line by line, or compare a part of the site with an earlier date.
3. It asks you to confirm before it restores. Say yes.

Use History

1. Open History.
2. Find the change. Changes from the assistant show your name followed by "via ChatGPT" or "via Claude" (the name of the app). You can search for the app's name, or filter by Who.
3. Press See what changed, then Restore the earlier version, then confirm.

What you'll see

• The part of the site goes back to how it was just before that change, and visitors see it within about a minute.
• The restore is a new line in History, so you can undo it too.
• Photos the assistant took off the site are kept, so a restore can bring them back. Photos deleted for good stay gone.

Troubleshooting

"Only an owner can restore an earlier version." Ask an owner, or use History when signed in as an owner.
