Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to your gym and what it can do.
- How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude as my AI assistant?Open Website > AI assistant, pick ChatGPT or Claude, add a custom connector with your gym's name and address (site plus /mcp), then press Yes, connect.
- What can my AI assistant do on my gym's website, and what can't it do?It can change your schedule, closures, hours, coaches, special events and photos, and report totals. It cannot touch payments, customers, staff or your domain.
- How do I add photos to my website with my AI assistant?In ChatGPT attach the photo and say where it goes. In Claude ask for an upload link and pick photos. The site resizes them; the assistant describes them.
- How do I undo something my AI assistant changed?Ask the assistant to put the earlier version back, or open Settings > History, find the change marked via ChatGPT or Claude and press Restore. Owners only.
- How do I disconnect my AI assistant or switch it off?On Website > AI assistant, press Disconnect beside an app, or Switch it off at the top to stop every app. Both take effect immediately.
- Can my AI assistant answer questions about how to use NinjaHQ?Yes. The connector has help tools (search_help, get_help_article, list_help_topics) that read this Help Center so your assistant answers how-to questions.
