How do I remove sections I don't use from my menu?
On a screen you don't use, press Remove from menu at the bottom. Or turn sections off and on in Settings > General > Menu sections. Nothing is deleted.
Your back office has a lot of sections. If your gym doesn't use some of them, like Vendors, Gift cards or the Time clock, you can take them out of your menu. The menu gets shorter and easier to use. Nothing is deleted, and you can bring a section back any time.

Before you begin
- You must be an owner. Managers and staff can't turn sections off or on.
Steps
From a screen you don't use
- Open the screen, for example Vendors under Money.
- Scroll to the bottom. Under Not using Vendors? press Remove Vendors from menu.
- Read the message and press Remove from menu. If the section holds something, such as vendors you added, the message says so first.
From Settings
- Open Settings and scroll to Menu sections.
- Each section has a switch, grouped by menu area. Green means it is in the menu. Sections that hold something say In use.
- Switch off what you don't use, or switch a section back on.
- Press Save menu sections.
What you'll see
- The section leaves the menu, the search box and Today. If you turn off Competitions, for example, Today stops showing upcoming competitions.
- If you or someone else opens the section's address, the page says it is turned off. Owners get a button to turn it back on, such as Turn Vendors back on.
- Every change is listed in History.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Remove button. It shows only to owners, and only on screens that can be turned off.
My website still sells gift cards after I turned Gift cards off. Turning a section off only hides it in the back office. To stop selling gift cards on your website, turn that off inside Gift cards first, then remove the section.
Questions
Does turning a section off delete anything?
No. Everything in it is kept, and anything already set up keeps working. For example, gift cards you already sold can still be used. You just don't see the section in the menu.
Can my staff see a section I turned off?
No. It leaves the menu for everyone at the gym. If someone opens its address, they see that it is turned off and are asked to talk to an owner.
Which sections can't be turned off?
The everyday ones, like Today, Schedule, Check-in, Contacts, Waivers, Messages, Payments, Take a payment, Emails and Settings. Every gym needs these.
How do I get a section back?
Open Settings > General, scroll to Menu sections, switch it on and press Save menu sections. Or open the section's old address and press the Turn back on button there.
