How do I connect my Google Business Profile and keep it matching my website?

Your Google Business Profile is what families see in Google Maps and beside Google's results. This page compares it with your website and fixes differences in one press.

Before you begin

• Only owners connect, change or disconnect Google. Managers cannot open this page.
• Use the Google account that manages your profile (an owner or manager of it).

Steps

1. Open Google Business Profile and press Connect Google.
2. Sign in and allow NinjaHQ to manage your profile.
3. Back in NinjaHQ, choose which location is your gym and press Use this location.
4. Look at the check card. It either says matches your website or lists what is different: name, website link, phone, hours and upcoming closures, each showing what is on Google and what is on your website.
5. Leave Update Google ticked on the rows to fix and press Update Google with the website's details.

What you'll see

Differences you fixed disappear once Google accepts them. Your categories are listed at the bottom; choose ones that describe what you do (such as Gym, Children's party service, Summer camp) and change them in Google itself.

Below the check, Reviews shows your average and each review so you can reply. Reviews are read nightly and when you press Read reviews now, and they can show on your website.

Troubleshooting

"Google didn't finish connecting". Try again, or contact NinjaHQ.

No locations listed. The Google account you used does not manage a business location. Connect with the account that manages the gym's profile.

To disconnect. Press Disconnect Google at the bottom.
