How do I buy or use a gift card or discount code?

Gift cards give a child an experience: parties, camps, classes, competitions and gear. Codes work the same way: type one in at checkout.

Before you begin

• To buy online, your gym needs to have online payment switched on. Otherwise gift cards are sold at the front desk.
• To use a gift card, you need its code from the email.

Steps

To buy a gift card

1. On your gym's website open Gift cards.
2. Under Choose a Design, pick a design. Holiday designs appear in the weeks before each holiday.
3. Under Amount, pick an amount, or Other and type one in Other Amount.
4. Under Who it's for, fill in Their Name. Add Their Email to have it emailed to them, or leave it empty to get it yourself.
5. If it goes to someone else, optionally choose When Should We Email It? and a date. Add a message in A Message.
6. Under From, fill in Your Name, Mobile Phone and Your Email.
7. Press Continue to payment and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.

To use a gift card or discount code

1. At checkout on the cart, a registration, a camp sign-up, a party booking or a class booking, open Have a discount or gift card code?
2. Type the code and apply it. A code that covers the whole amount means there is nothing to pay.
3. Finish checking out as usual.

You can also spend a gift card at the front desk.

What you'll see

The buyer and the person it is for are both emailed. The email has the code and a printable PDF of the card. Online, a gift card lowers the total at checkout like a discount.

Troubleshooting

The code doesn't work. Check for typing mistakes. Too many wrong tries in a short time pauses code checking for a while. Wait and try again, or ask the front desk.

I can't find the code box. It is not on monthly class tuition. It is a closed section titled Have a discount or gift card code?

Gift cards can't be returned for cash. Except where the law says so.
