How do I book a birthday party?

Many gyms let you book and pay for a party online. You pick the date and time yourself and get a confirmation right away.

Before you begin

• Know the child's first name and age, how many will play, and a few possible dates.
• Have your name, email and mobile phone ready.
• If your gym uses a request form instead, it asks for a date and the gym replies to you. Steps 1 and 2 below still apply.

Steps

1. On your gym's website open Birthday parties.
2. Find Book and pay online and choose your party under Party. Each shows its price and how many can play.
3. Choose a Day. The page tells you the days parties run. Then choose a Time. Times already taken are not offered.
4. Enter How Many Will Play? If you go over the party's number, extra guests may be charged.
5. If offered, choose an upgrade in Add an Upgrade?
6. Fill in Who Are We Celebrating? and Turning (Age).
7. Fill in Your Name, Email and Mobile Phone. Add notes in Anything We Should Know?
8. Check the Total. Use Have a discount or gift card code? if you have a code.
9. Press Continue to payment and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.

If your gym uses a request form, fill in Request your party date instead and send it. The gym contacts you.

What you'll see

A confirmation email right after paying. You also get reminders before the party and a thank-you afterward. Party guests get a link to sign the waiver before they come. If photos are taken, the gym may send a private page link to share with guests.

Troubleshooting

No days or times are offered. Parties may be fully booked, or your date is inside the notice period. Try later dates, or send a request.
