How do I turn camp, trial, party and waitlist reminders on or off?
On Marketing > Emails use the Camp reminders card to tick the automatic reminders you want, choose the send time for camp reminders, and press Save.
Some emails go out by themselves. You can switch these groups on or off in one place.
Before you begin
- Only owners can change these settings.
Steps
- Open Emails and scroll to the Camp reminders card.
- Tick or untick:
- Send camp reminders automatically
- Trial and drop-in classes: a reminder the day before, and after a trial an invitation to enroll
- Booked parties: reminders 14 days, 3 days and 1 day before, and a thank-you the day after
- Class waitlist: when a spot opens, offer it to the first family waiting (held for 48 hours, then the next family)
- Choose Send Them At for the camp reminders, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM the day before.
- Press Save.
What you'll see
The card shows how many camp reminders went out in the last 30 days. To see the exact words, rule and last send of every automatic email, open Email templates. Each email there can also be switched on or off.
Troubleshooting
No camp reminders went out. Check the box is ticked, that the camp sign-up is paid, and that your site is live (before launch, emails reach only staff and test addresses).

When do camp reminders go out?
The day before each camp day, at the hour you choose, one per paid sign-up. They include the camper, time, address, pick-up and your good-to-know notes.
