How do I share my gym's success story with NinjaHQ?
On Analytics > Growth, add your own words and tick the permission box. NinjaHQ only shares your story when you say yes, and you can untick it any time.
The bottom of the Growth page builds a success story from your measured gains. You add a quote and decide whether NinjaHQ may share it.
Before you begin
- Only owners can save the story.
- The story needs a measured improvement before it shows any numbers. Until then the card says it builds itself as your numbers grow.
Steps
- Open Growth and scroll to Your success story.
- Read the list of what changed since you moved to NinjaHQ. These are measured gains only.
- In In Your Own Words (optional), write what has changed for your gym (up to 600 characters).
- In Your Name and Title, type how you want to be credited, for example "Ashley Kiser, Owner". This is required if you write a quote.
- To allow sharing, tick the box that says NinjaHQ may share this story on ninjahq.ai and in its sales materials.
- Press Save.
What you'll see
The page confirms "Saved." and, if you gave permission, "Saved. NinjaHQ may share your story." A "Shared since" date then appears next to the button. Only gyms that are live and have given permission can appear in the public list of stories.
To stop sharing, untick the box and press Save again.
Troubleshooting
It asks me to add my name and title. A quote must carry a name. Fill in Your Name and Title and save again.
The list of numbers is empty. There is no measured improvement yet. Check back after your site has been live a few months.
Questions
Does NinjaHQ share my results without asking?
No. Nothing is shared unless you tick the permission box. Untick it and press Save to stop sharing.
Are customer names included?
No. A shared story has your gym's name, the measured numbers and your own words, with no customer data.
