How do I see how my gym has grown since NinjaHQ?
Open Analytics > Growth to compare the 3 months before launch with the latest 3 full months, plus charts of money, visits and new families. Owners only.
Growth shows what has changed for your gym since it moved to NinjaHQ. It uses your own records, your Google reviews and your website's own visit counts.
Before you begin
- Sign in as an owner. Managers and other staff cannot open Growth.
- Your website must be live. Growth is measured from the day it went live. Before then the page says your website is not live yet.
- To bring in card payments from before NinjaHQ, link your existing Stripe account.
Steps
- Open Growth from Analytics > Growth.
- At the top, read the line that says when you went live on NinjaHQ.
- In Before and since NinjaHQ, read the table. "Before NinjaHQ" is the 3 months before launch and "Now" is the latest 3 full months. Rows can include:
- Money taken per month
- New paying families per month
- Competition registrations per month
- Parties booked per month
- Website visits per month
- Active members and News subscribers (counted at the end of the month)
- Google reviews and Google rating
- Map spots where you're in Google's top 3
- AI answers that name you
- Read the grey note under a row if one appears. It explains, for example, that no payments were recorded before NinjaHQ.
- Scroll down for the bar charts: Money taken by month, Website visits by month and New paying families by month. If your Google Business Profile is connected, a Google reviews card shows the count from the first measurement to the latest.
What you'll see
A row only appears when it was really measured. A number with nothing to compare against shows a dash. The Google, map and AI rows compare your first measurement with your latest one, and the page tells you the date of the first check.
The page says "since", never "because of": it shows what happened after launch, not what caused it.
Troubleshooting
The table says the comparison starts after 3 full months. That is normal for a newer site. The page tells you how many months you have so far.
Google reviews are missing. Connect your Google Business Profile first. The review count is then saved every night.
Money taken looks too low. Only payments recorded in NinjaHQ and in a linked Stripe account are counted.
Questions
Why is the comparison table empty?
It starts once your site has been live for 3 full months. Until then the charts below it fill in every day.
Why does "Website visits" have no "before" number?
Visits to your old website were never measured by NinjaHQ, so visits are counted from the day you went live.
Can managers see Growth?
No. Growth is for owners only.
