How do I use the Community page and invite another gym?
In Marketing > Community tick what your gym offers, add gear posts and athlete stories, choose to be listed on ninjahq.ai, and copy your link to invite gyms.
Community is where your gym takes part in the wider ninja sport. Any staff member can edit it.
Steps
- Open Community.
- Under What your gym offers, tick We offer adaptive classes or welcome adaptive athletes and/or We offer scholarship spots for families who need one. Add an optional note under How It Works at Your Gym or How a Family Asks.
- Under Gear board, press + Add a post for obstacles or equipment. Fill in What Is It, Kind of Post (For sale, Free to a good home, To lend or Wanted), optional price or terms, and details. Other gyms reach you through your Contact page. Remove a post when it is gone.
- Under Athlete spotlights, press + Add a story. Enter the Athlete's Name as Shown, a Headline and Their Story of a few sentences. Tick the permission box. Use a first name and last initial unless the family prefers the full name.
- Under Share it with the whole sport, tick Show your gym on the NinjaHQ community page if you want to be listed on ninjahq.ai/community.
- Press Save community. Use the ↑ ↓ ✕ buttons on a row to move or remove it.
Invite another gym
At the top, Invite another gym shows Your link and A message. Press Copy next to either and send it. The page says that when a gym you introduce joins NinjaHQ and has been with NinjaHQ for 60 days, you each get one month free.
What you'll see
When there is something to show, View your Community page appears next to Save, linking to your website's /community page with adaptive and scholarship cards, stories and the gear board.
Troubleshooting
"Each story needs the athlete's name". Fill in the name and a longer story.
"Tick the permission box for every story". A story can only be published with permission.
The page is not on my site. It appears only after you have saved at least one offer, post or story.
Questions
Does the Community page show on my website right away?
Your site's Community page appears once you have something to show: adaptive classes, scholarships, a gear post or a story. It then shows in your footer.
Can I publish an athlete's story without permission?
No. Each story needs the permission box ticked: the athlete's, or a parent's or guardian's for anyone under 18.
What is shared on ninjahq.ai?
If you tick the listing, your gym's name, city and what you ticked, plus your gear posts and stories. Never customer or staff data.
