How do I edit my own coach profile?

Families read your bio before they meet you. This page lets a coach keep their own title, highlights, bio and photos up to date without asking an owner.

Before you begin

• A coach profile must be linked to your sign-in. Owners do this on Staff under Roles and coach profiles, or it links by itself when your name matches a coach.
• Website helpers see My coach profile in their menu. Owners and managers can open it at /ninjahq-admin/my-profile on the gym's site.
• Write the bio in the third person, like "Maya has coached for six years."

Steps

1. Open My coach profile. A note tells you what is still missing: a headshot, a bio or action photos.
2. Change Your Title, such as Coach, Head Coach or Parkour Coach.
3. In Highlights, One per Line (Up to 6), put one achievement on each line.
4. Write your Bio in a few sentences: what you compete in, how long you have coached, what you love about coaching.
5. If you want a link under your profile, fill in Link Label (for example Instagram) and Link Address.
6. Press Save my profile.

To add photos

1. In the photo box, choose ＋ Add photos of and your first name, then pick one or more pictures.
2. Choose whether each is a New headshot or In action.
3. Wait for the status line to confirm the upload.

What you'll see

• A message: "Your profile is saved. It's on the website now."
• Once nothing is missing the page says "Your profile is complete."
• A headshot is cropped so your face sits in the middle of the circle. The page shows how many action photos you have on the site.

Troubleshooting

"There's no coach profile linked to your sign-in." Ask an owner to link one on the Staff page.

My photo looks cut off. Use a photo where your face is clear and in the middle, and add it again as a New headshot.

I can't upload photos. You can upload only to your own profile. Photos for other coaches are added by an owner under Website > Photos.
